The check in desk was understaffed with only two attendants. I arrived 15 minutes early but saw the doctor 15 after my appointment time. I was directed back to the front desk to make my follow up appointment and process the orders for bloodwork. There were nine people waiting. After ten minutes with no progress, I left without either. I didn’t have 90 minutes to wait. Your adm work today was unacceptable.
