Yesterday I called the underwriter, Crystal, about 5 or 6 times . I know there have been days when I have called the closer, Christine a few times in one day. Bobby, my AE, knows he is going to get several phone calls a week. I don't care how many times I call this team they always answer or call us back with an answer to our questions!!! They never leave me with the impression or make me feel like I'm getting on their nerves!!!

On this loan there was a lot of communication needed from underwriter. It didn't matter what I emailed to our underwriter, I would get a reply the same day. You cannot get better service than that, especially when you know she has many other files to work on besides mine. Robert kept the file moving. We had a slow down due to unforeseen conditions but he kept file moving forward while I worked with client to get missing conditions in for clear to close.

The end of the month was very overwhelming, we had several deaths in our circle and just as always PRMG jumped in to help get our loans closed. They went above the call of duty helping upload conditions, making sure we met our deadlines and not overlook anything even doing this time of sorry.
