Bobby, Rachel and Kari are rockstars. I'm super grateful for Bobby and his team, not to mention Joe and Mark and many others that jumped in to help get this file to closing. I did have a little bit of a hiccup whenever it came to calculating fees to determine the cash to close amount, but it got resolved. My feedback would be an issue like this should have been resolved sooner. The departments didn't seem to be on the same page.
