Well let's see here. I came to Robert on a Thursday night to have my clients approved by Friday so we could see their dream home and he made that happen. We saw the home, made on offer and were in escrow by Monday. Clients also had to sell their home so we were able to use Robert again for the buyers on their home. We did a 45 day escrow to ensure that we would have plenty of time to close these transactions concurrently. We are happily closing on both homes with only 32 days in escrow!
