We have to ask for all of the weird things we request, or else our loan falls out of conformity and can't fund. Also, I'm sorry for the delay on closing day. We couldn't get the title company in Chicago to communicate properly with Geneva title office, and ended up still waiting for final numbers and approvals from them on closing day.
