Robin is a true professional. Knows exactly what she's doing and is highly efficient. She's the kind of person you want on your side when things go wrong and in my family's case, things went VERY wrong. But Robin was there for us doing her utmost to support us and we couldn't be more grateful. Big thank you to her assistant Jenny as well who was always present whenever Robin couldn't be, and showed she was every bit as committed and capable as Robin.
