The service is great and the work is done correct(professionally).
Recently, while eating hard pretzels one of my teeth broke in half. I will be the first to say I am a terrible patient. I'm a big baby when it comes to dental work. After an examination, Dr. Hackley informed me that tooth had a terrible problem and needed to be extracted. I just totally lost it at that point since I've never had a tooth removed while awake. After Dr. Hackley explained everything to me, and I spoke with my husband, I decided to go ahead and have the tooth removed (cuz I'm sure if I left the office, I never wo... read more

I have been to many dentist over the years, and I find Dr. Hackley and her team of friendly, courteous, and caring people to be a destination I don't mind going to because I feel I am pampered, and know I will be in the hands of caring and efficient professionals.
I always feel comfortable visiting Dr. Hackley's office. The staff is always pleasant and professional.
I am not expecting this review to be published because it is rather verbose and could be interpreted as being over the top in heavy syrup. I am 66 years old and have been through many, many, many dentists. Pardon the repetition. Dr. Hackley and her team are different from all the previous dentists I have been to because of a quality that I feel is lacking, not only in this field, but many fields. What is that quality?
