Dr. Nizam you are what you say you are. Having been through the implant experience multiple times prior to this one. I can honestly say no comparison. Thank you and your staff for your personalize care. Impressive!
Customer service, overall friendliness and welcoming. I was reassured that they would take great care of me from the time I walked in the door! I was treated as if I was the only patient they would have for the day.
Had oral surgery with Dr. Nizam and everything went exceptionally well. He called to check on me shortly after the procedure which I felt was very thoughtful.

This is my third time seeing Dr. Nizam for my oral procedure. Each time, he has been courteous and professional. I was nervous and he made me feel at-ease. On the two occasions in which he performed a procedure in my mouth, he called me later in the evening to check on me to see how I was feeling and to see if I had any questions. I have found him to be very pleasant and would highly recommend him.
Everyone that I encountered at your facility was always courteous and professional. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Nizam. He is the ultimate professional. He was always smiling and seemed to be in an awesome mood. He answered all my questions and never made me feel like he did not have time for me. I had two extractions that required anesthesia. Of course, I am the person that is always the exception to the rule. I developed a dry socket in one extraction site; and after that started to heal, a piece of my jawbone began to protrude through my gums and had to be sawed down. Despite all the problems and pain, I received AMAZING care and treatment from Dr. Ivory and the other staff members. They showed actual concern in helping me heal and feel better quickly. I am 36 years old and I had to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. This was my first surgical procedure ever. That should explain how a total wreck my nerves were. My dentist office (Smile Makers, Dr. B) referred me to set up an orientation with Dr. Nizam and his team. The staff were all so very nice and helpful. We missed the first check up call after the surgery and we were very pleasantly surprised when we received another one. They were all very professional and skilled.
