I could not have asked for a better experience especially considering what I was there for. Your staff was polite and friendly and I can’t say enough about Dr. Hayes. He was gentle and quick asking all through the procedure how I was doing. I also received a call from Dr Hayes the afternoon of the procedure just to check and see if everything was ok. I appreciated this very much. I would recommend Rockcliff to everyone needing this type of surgery. Thank you all again for a great experience.
Front desk folks very nice and helpful. The assistant was pleasant and appeared very knowledgeable. Dr Hayes made me feel at ease and explained everything for me twice and gave me alternatives for care explaining risks and benefits well. Thanks you for making a unpleasant occurrence a better experience!
