It took 20 minutes for someone to come take our order. The manager comped us chips and salsa for the long wait. Our server had to be asked where are salads were. He brought them and then immediately brought the entree. Prime Rib was cold. Just not worth the $130.00
The waitress didnt explain the menu. The food was not even close to hot. Prime rib was uncooked. The food for cost was beyond anywhere we have eaten before. They have a wanna be high end menu but can't achieve it.
Odd seating, kitchen and staff unaware of what is still available for food and drinks. Lots of things were sold out of during an early dinner on a Friday. Very disappointing when they didn’t even open til 4 that day. The waitress was spread out and forgetting of us being so far from her other tables. I know it's only been open for a few weeks.But the food was horrible.... pizza was very uder cooked. The appetizer was overcooked. Great service and atmosphere. Will return in a few months.
The table seatings were way too close. Had to listen to the foursome next to us til they left. My blt was gross, big slabs of bacon , little lettuce, tomato slice were the ones usually thrown away. The bread was greasy not toasted My wife ordered the cod sandwich, more bun than fish , she tore off 3 inches of bread not the broche bun as advertised Fries and onion rings ok The cole slaw was lacking anything to make it special The wine at 8 bucks for 5 ounces was pricey . Food was undercooked, chicken wings and pizza .fast food tast with 5 star cost.
Pizza was under cook, and so were the wings.. Wings were also cold. I will not be going back.. But the people.there are very friendly.
I'm sure once the new wears off and things settle down at the casino things will surely improve. That's my hope for this restaurant. A lot of new people very unorganized time will tell.
Maybe it’s just cause it’s new and they have to work. The bugs out. Service is just so slow. This was the second time we were there this time we ordered pizza they use Starbucks crust and they still serve them.
