Food took a long time to get and when we finally got the food it was nothing like the menu described. The sandwiches came with no toppings or sauces they were supposed to but it took so long to get that we ate what we could and left. Waiter would disappear for long periods of time leaving us without drinks.
Food wasn't that good. Very little flavor. We had the Tuna bowl. Cilantro over powered everything. I have the pineapple chicken chicken was cooked right but again no pineapple anywhere on my plate and no flavor. Fries were good. Service was rough, took 15 minutes to get a piece of cheesecake and she was not that busy. Cheesecake was pretty good. Waitress actually brought our drinks and then turned around and gave us some one else's drinks.
Aside from the food being just mediocre, our party of five waited forever for the food. The server was just covering too many bases and it was nearly 35 minutes after ordering before anything arrived. An appetizer was ordered and it showed up with the entrees. Just an overall bad dining experience.
We had a reservation and got seated. Our waitress came over got our drinks and appetizer, brought us our drinks and ordered our food. 20 min later we get our appetizer, also the first time we’d seen our waitress since ordering. It took 20 minutes for someone to come take our order. The manager comped us chips and salsa for the long wait. Our server had to be asked where are salads were. He brought them and then immediately brought the entree. Prime Rib was cold. Just not worth the $130.00
The waitress didnt explain the menu. The food was not even close to hot. Prime rib was uncooked. The food for cost was beyond anywhere we have eaten before. They have a wanna be high end menu but can't achieve it.
Odd seating, kitchen and staff unaware of what is still available for food and drinks. Lots of things were sold out of during an early dinner on a Friday. Very disappointing when they didn’t even open til 4 that day. The waitress was spread out and forgetting of us being so far from her other tables. I know it's only been open for a few weeks.But the food was horrible.... pizza was very uder cooked. The appetizer was overcooked. Great service and atmosphere. Will return in a few months.
The table seatings were way too close. Had to listen to the foursome next to us til they left. My blt was gross, big slabs of bacon , little lettuce, tomato slice were the ones usually thrown away.
