I tried to cancel and reschedule an appointment due to my work schedule and was laughed at over the phone and told "good luck with your health, we won't be rescheduling with you" and then hung up on. Guess patient care isn't as valuable as keeping a full schedule of paying customers to keep the pockets full...
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ROCKY MOUNTAIN ONCOLOGY. I have had a very difficult time getting all of my medical records and doctors notes sent to Billings Cancer Center. I only went to Rocky Mountain Oncology for my radiation, only as a courtesy work, so I didn't have to stay in Billings a week at a time by myself. I was told this morning they wouldn't send the doctors notes. those are my records and not theirs. The nurses are Top Notch! Very kind and caring. The supporting volunteers are also fabulous, and the shuttle service to my oncology appointments are so very helpful. I'm on the waiting list to see the oncologist that my own Primary Care Physician has recommended for me.
