Rod was incredible!!! Thorough, informative and punctual. He went out of his way to explain the process and give me enough information to meet each stage and process with confidence. And in the end…he helped to save our family home. My children and theirs will always have a home to come to. Choose Rod!!!!!
Rod Chern was excellent to work with. He was available on weekends too! Communication was exceptional and he stayed involved. Always available to help. He even called after funding just to say hi, see how were doing and say thanks. Definitely give Rod a call!!
I’m not sure who Rod Chern is. I was working with Adam Gonzalez and he was great in answering my calls. I’m grateful that he & his team were able to get a loan to pay off polls and receive a cash payout as well. However, I will say that the documents process became very tedious. I sent everything that was asked of me immediately but 2-3 weeks at a time went by only for me to have to resend things. This caused a delay in when I received my loan and the checks that were calculated to pay my bills didn’t not arrive to me until ... read more
