Having to upload multiple documents, then being asked to upload more, then being asked to upload MORE, seemed like it could have been avoided at least a little. Instead of spreading out that timeframe over 3 weeks, possibly asking for most if not all the documentation from us from at once would be much less stressful. The online portal also seems to be in need of repair / improvement.
