Roger and his team are excellent. I don’t see how the mortgage experience could be any better. Weekly personalized video messages were an excellent touch. I will definitely reach out to Roger for any mortgage needs in the future.
Roger, is extremely knowledgeable and thorough through the entire process. His weekly updates with videos detailing the next steps are brilliant. Always promptly responsive and knows the VA process. I would recommend any Veteran to work with him and his team. It's one of the rare times where he says he loves veterans but they proves it with his actions. Buying can be stressful, but this team takes most of the work and does the behind the scenes flawlessly.
