We walked in to simply look at getting sized to see what our options were for wedding sets for both my fiancé and I, but ended up leaving with everything the same day! Angie is AWESOME! She heard me out on my budget and didn’t try to push at all. Amazing customer service!! Not pushy or “salesy” AT ALL! Angela took her time, explained our options. She also fixed my Grandma’s bracelet my Grandpa got her from WWII when he was in Italy. HUGE thank you for taking such great care of us!!

While shopping at the mall my husband and toddler daughter stopped to get cookies at Mrs Fields but the attendant wasn’t there and had been gone for sometime. While waiting for the attendant, my daughter became upset that she couldn’t get her promised cookie. An employee at Rogers and Hollands offered my daughter some snacks from her own supply at the store. Even though we weren’t customers she went above and beyond to make my daughter happy. So refreshing to see such kindness.

Laura really knows her jewelry! I had been looking everywhere for a double marquis pendant and she helped! The shape reminds me of something exotic. I love it
Husband bought my engagement ring here and we also bought his wedding band here. GREAT customer service! Laura was EXCELLENT to work with and I always go back in to get any repairs or if I am out shopping, I will get my ring cleaned. They are always so friendly there and helpful! thank you so much!
I would like to start with saying that the employees at Rogers and Holland are exceptional. We recently had a problem and they went out of their way to help us. We cannot express enough how very grateful for their help we are. If anyone is looking for jewelry I strongly recommend them. Their knowledge and help goes way beyond just buying jewelry. Thank you to all the staff we really appreciate it.
