Just had the exact same experience as Kelly P outlines in her post with regards to them not being able to find where I had brought my ring in for inspection and now it appears one of the prongs is cracked so they recommend 're-tipping'...which Jenna said is basically replacing all of the prongs to fix the crack. Visited with significant other for an engagement ring and had an interesting experience with the workers there. Felt like my significant other was more knowledgeable than the workers at times and when asking questions, the employees would conflict each other with the info they provided.
