Today was my first visit with Dr. Rigby. I was impressed with his explanation of how the body uses food. I feel for the first time in many years that there is some hope of me losing weight and improving my health.

I’ve been seeing Dr Rigby for 18 months for weight loss. He is patient with all of my questions. He put me on a Keto Diet and gave me lots of resources to check out. I’ve been on lots of diets this is something that I can live with for the rest of my life. I am so happy with all of the health benefits I have experienced what a great benefit along with the weight loss. He has a staff member dedicated to answering questions so you can call anytime.
I have struggled with weight my entire life and with the help of Dr. Rigby I am down over 70 pounds and off all prescription medications. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients!!
Dr Rigby has found what works for to lose weight 37 pounds and 41 3/4 inches since 2/25/2018. He takes the time and does lab tests to make sure this weigh of eating works for each patient and monitors their health. The office staff from the front desk, scheduling, to his direct staff are all professional and friendly.
Dr. Rigby and his staff were very informative and made me feel as if they truly care.
Put me at ease. Listened to my questions, answered and carefully explained so I understood. Good use of comparisons to make things clear. I did not feel rushed at all. Made it clear that I could contact them for any concern or question. Knowledgeable, friendly nurses and assistants.
