Dr. Rigby and his staff were very informative and made me feel as if they truly care.
Put me at ease. Listened to my questions, answered and carefully explained so I understood. Good use of comparisons to make things clear. I did not feel rushed at all. Made it clear that I could contact them for any concern or question. Knowledgeable, friendly nurses and assistants.
Dr Rigby is amazing. He is informative, helpful and truthful. He takes all the time I need to understand my situation. His staff is great too. They are caring and knowledgeable and helpful. Never had a better experience in a doctor's office.

Dr. Rigby walks the walk. He knows his stuff and seems to practice it. My first visit was informative, and the extensive testing showed what I needed to know. But all he told me to do was go on keto. I can do that by myself. For a return visit, I was 10 mins late due to my son’s nosebleed. The office asked me to reschedule. I decided to just pursue the lifestyle change on my own. I’m down 20 lbs. because of my own online research and efforts.
I started seeing Dr.Rigby in the beginning of Nov 2017. I'm always nervous to meet new Dr's, especially when it comes to seeking help in losing weight. It's a touchy subject and from past experiences I often leave feeling less than. Dr. Rigby was extremely personable, really listened to what I had to say, and I felt like he wanted to help as long as I was willing to do my part. I'm now down 30lbs. and look forward to my appointments and the scale. Feel like I'm on the right path.
