I purchased a 2016 Ram 1500 limited. The transaction. went smooth. I scheduled to come back the next day to pick up the vehicle because I was strapped for time. I was promised 2 keys and a full tank of gas. Everything went well except the extra key that they couldn't find and they said they would mail it to me. Oh and I had to get gas 5 mins into the drive home because I would've had to wait to get gas from them. Once again, I was strapped for time so didn't wait. It should've been filled up the day before.
