This post is late but I decided to post. I purchased a 2007 Cadillac Escalade EXT back in June of last year. I worked with judge who no longer works there. Since then i put $1500 into it including today's fix. And it still needs another $300 part that I have yet to order. Overall I think it's a great dealership with good customer service. Just feel that I am paying for a vehicle and working on it at the same time. Not what I had planned but it only came with a 90day warranty and I didn't purchase an extended one. I had been coming in to see Mike J. for over a week but kept having some family problems. But I told him today at 12noon and I was home with my new car by 5:00. He was ao polite and attentive. He made sure I was informed with every step that was going on. The best Auto buying experience I ever had ans I'll be 55 on May 15th! Rolls is the Best........ 😋
