Excellent customer service by George talking me through on the phone about how to replace the broken cylinder on my Crimsafe door. I have had my Crimsafe window screens and doors for 12 years and absolutely love them! Wonderful security, protection, and they're attractive as well.

We love the shutters. It didn't pass inspection at first. But sent service men out and added the two screws needed for the accordion shutter and then it passed. We are ready for hurricane season!!!

My entry door and lanai installation went very well after a concern was directly addressed by the business owner Greg. He took my call and ensured that all my issues were corrected and the project was quickly brought back on schedule.
