Delicious food. We all tried different pasta dishes and loved them all. The ambience was just OK. Seems to be better suited to parties of two or larger groups. We were a party of three with an early reservation and were put at the worst table inside across from the kitchen and bussing station. It was hard to hear and really took the mood down. It’s a very good spot! Best lamb chops and branzino in San Diego!
Had an amazing meal at Roman Wolves! The supplì was to die for—crispy on the outside and packed with flavor. The pinza (Roman-style pizza) was just how it should be: thin, crunchy like a cracker, with delicious cheese and sauce—absolutely authentic. The cacio e pepe? Simply phenomenal. Big congrats to the owner, Nino, for creating such a standout spot. And a huge thanks to Fabrizzio for the top-notch service. Fantastic experience all around!
We enjoyed everything about this place! The food was outstanding and our waiter Lucca was super helpful with all of his recommendations. We will definitely be back!
Excellent service, great food, lively ambience- the interior has a super lush, cozy aesthetic as well. 10/10 recommend!
My husband had just passed away unexpectedly. This was the last restaurant we had eaten at together. Our bill for my family and I was comped. We laughed and cry and I was able to eat something more substantial than I had in days. Thank you for your kindness.
We had a wonderful dining experience! The service was exceptional—our server was not only friendly and professional but also impressively attentive throughout the evening. The wine, cocktail, and food selections were all top-notch, offering a well-curated variety to suit different tastes. We began with the trio bruschetta, which was a perfect start—each bite was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For our mains, we tried the cheese wheel pasta of the day, which featured creamy fettuccine Alfredo with tender chicken ... read more
My husband and I visited this place for the first time last night and it was the best experience. From the cocktails to the appetizers to the main dish and I had the cheese wheel, everything was superb. I wish I would’ve remembered my server’s name because he was very attentive I definitely cannot wait to go back, this is the most amazing time for that I’ve had in a long time and all of little Italy. Keep up the good work guys, we will be back
