It was my second time coming to Roman Wolves, this time to celebrate my birthday. As always, the pasta was delicious. The cacio e pepe and carbonara are always a go to. This time we also got a half dozen oysters, the caesar salad, the cheese wheel pasta which was a short rib ragu, and the pollo all romana. All of which were delicious. Surprisingly the only thing I didn’t love was the tiramisu that was brought out, it just felt a little oversaturated. Overall, I will definitely be coming back for the pastas!
The food and service was very good. They accommodated our large group on relatively short notice without any issues.
Great pasta choices, fresh and flavorful. The restaurant had a great vibe to go along with superior service.

The pasta and all of the food was delicious
We met for dinner with our parents. The food was good (nothing great) but the restaurants music was very loud. We could barely communicate with the waiter. This restaurant is definitely better as a pre-dinner for a night out and less a space for a family dinner.
Everyone who worked there was professional and friendly. The food was amazing! Absolutely wonderful dining experience!
Our Server was so so so amazing, great energy just amazing at his job, food was 11/10, best gnocchi we have ever had… will be back asap!!!!
