Waited for our NY reservation for 20 min, and hostess didn’t even apologize for the delay or offered to get inside and maybe wait by the bar (we would be happy to order drinks). Instead they just said “wait here, we will tell you when the table is ready”. It was 50 degrees outside on New Years night, but okay. Truly mediocre Italian food. Service was good. Biggest issue was the noise level in the dining room. About 10 minutes in I got an alert from my iPhone that the noise level was over 90 decibels and hearing damage could occur in 30 minutes. A little unsettling. All of the food was fine, but you’d pay 1/2 for the same thing at Olive Garden.
Really good customer service and amazing food would recommend for a date night
Great service! Great ambiance and best of all amazing food! Pasta was so fresh and delicious. My girlfriends and I had the charcuterie board, lobster pasta, gnocchi, carbonara and crab ravioli! Of course we ended with a beautiful tiramisu! Fun night catching up! Not recommended for a quiet romantic night as it was a bit loud, but perfect for a girls night out!
Great place. We were sat promptly. Servers were friendly and quick. The amuse bouche of handmade chips and sauce was delicious. Both of our meals were fantastic.
Food was exceptionally great and service was top tier. Server noticed the menu was dirty, so he swapped it with a new one asap. Good wine knowledge and accurate recommendations given. Will try happy hour next.
We had a blast! Food and service was outstanding. Was a little too loud, so hard to hear across the table. The final bill was a bit more than expected. But....we will still be coming back.
