I'd like to first start by saying I am very grateful for Ron because when I met him, I was in a dark place and Ron reassured me that he was there to help me no matter what. I had a serious problem with addiction to substances. Ron was the first therapist to help me overcome my addiction. I would highly recommend him.
When we met Ron Redmerski from the recommendation of our school my teenage daughter was having panic attacks and anxiety issues and my preteen son did not want to go to school and had ODD and some depression. In 18 months my daughter has learned many techniques to manage her anxiety that are effective, has increased confidence and fewer mood swings. I don't really feel comfortable talking about my specific struggles and I'm not really one that writes reviews but I felt compelled to write something here because Ron has made a huge difference in my life. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to help you. I couldn't give him a higher recommendation.
I was feeling hopeless and felt like giving up. Ron restored my faith in the world, in others, and, most importantly, in myself. He is a live saver. I can't thank him enough. He got me through my nadir and got me to appreciate live again. I don't know what else to say.
I have to many therapists before and Ron is by far the best experience I have had. What differentiates Ron is that he really cares about you. Ron ran me through his program for depression and I have never felt better.
My son was refusing to go to school. Ron was recommended by my sons guidance counselor. He was able to implement a program that successfully got our son back in school. Ron was able to get through to our son and motivate him and for that we are truly grateful.
My 11 year old son was having a terrible time at school socially, being bullied relentlessly and this was adversely impacting his self esteem and confidence to the point where he became depressed. Ron was able to build an immediate bond with my son and teach him some non-aggressive ways to deal with the bullies at school. The parenting CDs he gave us were also very helpful.
