Dr. Ron and his assistants are great and absolutely wonderful. He was soo gentle that my son fell asleep through most of the procedure. Otherwise, his secretaries/file clerks are garbage, pretend friendly and sometimes rude - I'm asking questions and they "abruptly" interrupt me in the middle of my convo. I understand you are busy but there is no reason to be rude and this is coming from a...
