I originally contracted with them for a roof damaged in a storm, on recommendation of my insurance company. They were going to be doing roof work anyway so I had them do a major upgrade of an area neglected and in need of repairs for a long time. They started work within about two weeks of signing the contract. The workmen were careful to cover exposed window surfaces, and covered all my nearby hedges against debris.
