Unless you have a straightforward mortgage I wouldn’t use these. I went in with specific needs and despite mentioning this in my initial telephone call, my specifics weren’t met which meant a complete waste of time. There wasn’t even any offering of help and the advisor didn’t seem interested in helping me at all. Clearly my mortgage went way above his expertise.
