The General Manager needs customer service skills. They do not remake your pizza if it was made wrong. Best they will do is give you a $10 credit. When you call to address your pizza being made wrong, the GM calls you a lier!

Worst service ever. The underage, undereducated staff clearly shows what little respect the owner has for his own business, product and attention to detail, let alone himself. This is nothing like Chicago pizza and never will be. The beefs are okay when the staff doesn’t screw up your order which is never. I was excited to try Rosati's because of the reviews. I was extremely disappointed. The sauce tasted like they sliced whole canned tomatoes and slapped them on top. It was gross. To make matters worse, you could not taste the other toppings. The beef we paid extra to put on our pizza was nowhere to be found! However, it all comes down to the sauce. If the sauce had some flavor, none of that would have mattered.
