Been getting take out from this location for many years (we live less then a mile away), and had very few issues with decent food quality. We always order on line to reduce phone miscommunications, but recently we seem to always have an issue with our order. The other evening they lost our carry out ticket so we had to wait for our food, then when we finally got home, the order was 1/2 wrong and I had to go back again, I was not happy.

About a week back or so my wife and I ordered and I requested my calzone without the parm cheese or oregano on top. The person that took the ordered read it back to me and confirmed it. The food got here and there was parm and oregano on top. I checked the ticket and sure enough who ever took the order wrote on there not to add it. I called spoke with the manager who was nice enough and he gave me a free calzone on my account. Pizza was horrible for the second time crust was disgusting. I don't know who owns this now but it's been going downhill for the last year won't be back.

They need to learn to cook their food! Now I have food poisoning! Your in the food business and you serve raw pizza and wings disgrace! They need to close down!

On Saturday night we called for a pizza and salad delivery around 7 pm and were told it would be delivered in 45 min. After 1.5 hours (8:15) we called back only to be told that our pizza was delivered to the wrong home and a new one would be delivered in 15 min. After 20 min a delivery did take place but there was no apology and when I asked about it all the driver told me is that it was a different driver, so he obviously was told of the issue. They gave me food poisoning. I ordered their thin crust pick four pizza at $20 when you figure in tax delivery and tip it's more like $27. After about a half hour after eating my stomach began hurting. The stomach pain was so bad I couldn't sleep and almost went to the hospital to have my stomach pumped. Just moved to the area. Had a Rosatis near our old neighborhood which was delicious so we figured another one would be just as good...NOT THE CASE AT ALL! This Rosatis is awful. The pizza has absolutely no taste. The dough is mushy and the pizza is watery. And its not from the toppings. The onions are hard an inedible. The sausage was still pink on the inside. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. Matter of fact due to the uncooked food it may need to be reported to the health department.

I've been eating Rosatis since the late 70's. I believe the quality has gone significantly down. A large cheese and sausage delivered is $25 plus tip. There is nothing that makes this pizza $25. I've found several other local spots with superior taste and ingredients at much better prices. The last two pizzas I ordered from Rosatis they completely skimped on the cheese and ingredients. Disappointing as they use to be the go to for reliable delicious pizza.

I've been ordering from Rosati's since 1999. Food is usually pretty good, but have changed my mind this week. Ordered a spinach salad that was missing the gorgonzola, and the meatball sandwich that had about a teaspoon of marinara. Very disappointed. Going elsewhere for carry out. Too many places around Lindenhurst for pizza and sandwiches.
