VERY UNHAPPY (I'm a returning customer for a few years) Ordered on line Clicked the tab to add sausage. The system prompted me there is a 2 dollar and change addition. I okay'ed the order. Upon arrival the Pizza was just cheese. I called a little upset. But when the guy on the phone said I screwed up because it was ordered on line Then I got mad. Just putting out there the customer service was lacking greatly

Recommendedl have a tomato allergy. When I ordered a white pizza a second time they automatically remembered me and stated no tomatoes right 🤗 Love the pizza.

I live in westmont but I mostly prefer this rosati's over the one closest to me however today I placed an order and it was canceled after already making to the location for pick up they had no warning or never even mentioned it then the manager I spoke with had no sympathy

The food was burnt no taste gave me extra cheese when I asked for extra sauce I called and complained and all I got was sorry we can’t help you I never had a issue with them before and I’ve gone to other rosati’s and never never a problem and this one was disrespectful when I called back to complain and I got free bread sticks with my order and they was burnt to I was very unhappy I will never order again
