pizza and chicken wings was not hot. there was no plates and eating utensils and not enough napkins was included for an order that was delivered to a hotel. this was my 1st time ordering from Rosati's and this truly was a bad 1st impression.
RecommendedI been telling my coworkers I been craving pizza all week I new I didn’t want a generic pizza I new the only thing that could satisfy my appetite was Rosati’s
I ordered 3 large pizzas. 1 cheese, 1 pepperoni, 1 sausage. The girl on the phone couldn’t get that right! I ended up with 2 cheese, 1 sausage.
Pizza was OK, average, almost dry
waited Hour and a half for delivery, everything was cold except the salad, but gave me the wrong dressing. called them gave me a credit for next order! this is the 2nd time this has happened
Didn't place order at time of call. Finished pizza was the wrong order. Did correct the order on second attempt.
Took nearly 2 hours to receive food when I did it was cold. Maybe just a bad day order there all the time never really had issues
Ordered a Rosatis monster and received a super supreme
