pizza and chicken wings was not hot. there was no plates and eating utensils and not enough napkins was included for an order that was delivered to a hotel. this was my 1st time ordering from Rosati's and this truly was a bad 1st impression.

I ordered 3 large pizzas. 1 cheese, 1 pepperoni, 1 sausage. The girl on the phone couldn’t get that right! I ended up with 2 cheese, 1 sausage.

waited Hour and a half for delivery, everything was cold except the salad, but gave me the wrong dressing. called them gave me a credit for next order! this is the 2nd time this has happened
