Ambience was nice, as was the staff BUT the food was horriable. We order breadsticks and a pizza. After a long wait to get our food, neither one had any taste. We ordered the 'monster' and it was full of green peppers and sausage, not any of the other toppings listed. Just not what we expected.
Had a thin crust pizza deleivered. The pizza crust was soggy. Very disappointed.
Rude, unhelpful, unprofessional, very disapointing. Unbelievably bad service. Order was never delivered. Manager offered a refund but then cancled our order! So we waited 3 hours and had to try to find something to eat in prescott of 10:00. :( .

Didn't get to actually eat here although we tried. When we went in there was a bit of a wait which was no problem. However, after waiting for a while and being next up for a table another couple walked in and said they had reservations. The lady at the counter told them they don't do reservations but another employee overhears this and comes rushing over and says they'll be next.
