We just moved from Arizona and wanted order out something easy … naturally, pizza. Rosati’s was close and rated well so we gave it a try. The pizza, as a whole, was good: flavorful, crisp crust; great cheese, and nice chunky sausage. The sauce was good but we’re not ‘chunks of tomato’ kinda people. Wish you guys had non-chunky sauce to to offer.

I'm from Chicago so I appreciate places like Rosati's. Good pizza / food and good customer service. I don't go often because a location is far from me. Decided to pick up three pizzas last Thursday because we were near a location. Sadly, got home and the wrong toppings were on one. Called, they offered to make the correct pizza but because we live so far, I opted against that. They gave me a $15 credit for my next purchase.

We had Rosati’s for a work lunch- everyone asked where the pizza came from and loved it! The wings were a huge hit and several people remarked “the best wings ever” !!

Had pizza with wrong toppings delivered. It was returned and replaced very quickly and was discounted by 50%. Great customer service.
