I placed an order over the phone, picked it up, and came home only to realize that part of my order was completely missing -- even though I was fully charged. I called back to let them know, and the man who answered (short, glasses, and incredibly rude) agreed to give me a refund since I was already driving all the way back to pick up what they forgot. The last two Wednesdays my food is cold , is there a food manager on-site? You only have two employees working. You will lose your customers if you keep putting out horrible food like this, I want to reach out to rosatis corporate because currently your store is suffering in quality . Last Wednesday it was 130.00 spent with 18% tip and this wed it was 57.00 with a 18% tip. You have a chance to turn it around so I would try ,maybe a manager present on site??????

Got a little pizza on our cheese. Crust was not good and who cuts it this way. Give us the wedge cut so we have something to grab. All the toppings came off the pie. No thanks....

Our pizza was so burned it was inedible. If it wasn't a half hour from my house I would have returned it. I should have listened to the latest reviews. This was the worst pizza we have ever eaten or in this case not eaten.

Was served a chicken parmigiana sandwich that had deli paper inside it. Got half-way through before realizing I was eating foreign material. Called to speak to staff, was very kind and said I would not leave a negative review because "mistakes can happen". I was brushed off, not offered anything for compensation, not even a genuine apology (which would have been fine). Being from Chicago, as are a few other reviewers here, this is a good pizza and a good attempt at traditional Chicago deep dish pizza, but it falls short. The crust is off - not buttery and flaky. The sauce is flat without zest or a touch of sweetness. And unfortunately, the cheese did not cover the entire pie. The four outside "corners" were void of any cheese. This place started out great! Absolutely great Chicago style authentic pizza. All of the employees were super helpful, friendly and nice. Sadly this changed owners and the service has gone absolutely downhill. Orders are completely incorrect. Every time we have ordered. And don't get delivery it will show up an hour late and cold, and if you pick up, they will tell you 40 minutes and you end up waiting there an hour and a half with a bunch of other people. While the food is good, the service this Friday night has been terrible. A large group of customers have been waiting because they only had one pizza cutter on duty. Surely one of the other nine people I could see could wield a pizza cutter to try and alleviate the level of frustration building up in the lobby.

When the guy that answers the phone to take your order is as unprofessional as I just experienced we will move on. Do better if you want to survive in this competitive marketplace. Learn how to spell a simple name and don't just put a customer on hold without warning then hanging up on them then when asked what happened you say I have no idea. Done
