I really don't know what the deal is with this city's tastebuds, but this place absolutely is NOT it. I could have gotten a better quality from our local elementary school cafeteria. The sauce tastes like it was made with ingredients from a can, I could taste the metallic flavor with every bite. The crust/dough tastes like cardboard, there's absolutely zero flavor at all. I have been to Rosati's twice and have been horribly disappointed both times. The first time I gave them a lot of grace simce they were new and pretty busy. This second time, I was so disappointed with the incompetent employees. I'm going to stick to my favorites, Vinny's and Wise Guys.

Tried to order online. Finally gave up as it's not very user-friendly. Called the store and they advised unable to take an order for a deep dish because they stop making them 35 minutes before closing. Very disappointed. No concern whatsoever. Pleaded for an exception. "No go dude", what is the response from the pizza service meister on the phone. Was hoping for the best. The pizza was great, the biggest problem is it was not heated enough and evenly. Had it been piping hot I would give a higher rating. Real Chicago pizza is never served from an inadequate oven. Probably won't go back because of this

If you like very dry chicken with a ton of marinara sauce to cover up the cardboard quality, then this is your place. Mediocre pizza that is insanely overpriced, marinara straight out of a can, and sodium rich sauce is this restaurants mantra. Never again.

Ordered a large chicago with pepperoni and bacon cost 25.00 extra charge for each meat and there was no meat on our pizza. Delicious if you like cheese Pizza.

First order from this new neighbor. First meal was meatball sub was good at $11, though expensive. The second was very disappointing. Ordered the antipasto salad at $16 and they skimmed the top. Nothing like their website picture. Only 4 cheese cubes, 4 slices of deli meat that was folded in a triangle shape, 4 small cherry tomatoes. 95% lettuce. It's good if you're a rabbit. Cheapest fracks. If you like getting ripped off, this is the Italian place for you.

Tastes like bad grocery store frozen pizza. We didn't even finish it, it was that bad.

The thin crust was awful, salty, the cheese easily fell off with each bite, and very generic ie dominos. I did very much enjoy the deep dish, however they were not professional....the staff said they would text notify me when my order was ready. Both times I went, I waited much longer than needed and had to prompt them to ask me about my order I won't be going back for awhile, it's not a short distance for me either. As I said, the thin crust was awful today, and a colossal waste of my time driving and waiting.
