Pizza was over cooked, very dry. Not pleased.

I ordered 16” 1-3 ingredients Pizza and when I went to pick the price was changed from $21 on menu to $22.50 I asked the counter person why so, he said the price changed. I ask him where do you see the change. He replied it’s on his POS monitor. I asked him show me any menu, any place where it shows $22.50 he couldn’t. Mohammed, Terrible sorry we had to increase the cost of our pizza by $1.50. I'm not sure if you are aware, but like most things cheese has gone through the roof. This was done out of necessity and not profiteer. Unfortunately, this sounds like you were dealing with someone new at the store. Walked in to pick up my order and the woman at the counter informed a man on the phone if he spent more than $50 he would get 20% off his order. Great, but why no offer like that for me? To be clear, the woman answering the phone offered this information. Glad your doing so well in the Covid-19 situation you can screw over people. Last time we’ll come here!0
Terrible food and service! We ordered food tonight for delivery and they forgot our mozzarella sticks. We called right away and were told they would send them right out. We had to call again because an hour later they still weren’t here. Secondly my calzone wasn’t even remotely cooked all the way. It was all doughy and had to be put back in the oven for another 15 minutes. Also the onion rings and garlic bread were burned and hard as a rock. So much for our $60 dinner. 😡
It’s way overpriced. I ordered a gluten free pizza and it was $21 with tax. I pay $13 in Wisconsin for the same pizza. Also the young man on the phone was in a hurry and rude.
It's a miracle if they get your order right and somehow it's always your fault.
