easy access fairly short wait to get into reserved unit as only one staff on shift and she was showing another couple a wine locker.
Excellent facility, great office staff, very helpful. I found Rose City Self Storage online and was very impressed with the photos and information. Once we visited them I knew we had made the right decision. Everything is clean, organized and safe!
First class facility! Storage units very well maintained inside and out, clean. You walk away with a great peace of mind your things are secure. The staff is friendly, helpful, organized. A positive experience all around!

Super clean, secure and has wonderful customer service
Easy to work with, fair price, clean storage I like this place it was very easy to find, even with the one-way roads! The folks that work there are all very pleasant and the place is clean, very clean. I like the security, you get a security code to get on the elevator to get to the storage and of course your space is locked (had to buy my own lock of course), but it is still very safe feeling, There is parking out of the rain, it is first come first serve, but even if you don't get a space inside, There is the Morrison Brid... read more
It's a new, nice facility.
Great in-town facility with wonderful customer service After a cross-country move, we needed a temporary place to store our things while we looked for an apartment that was accessible to the 18 wheeler the movers were delivering from. We wanted something climate controlled and secure, and Rose City fit the bill. I was very impressed with the customer service and the general cleanliness and layout of the facility. If we need storage again in the future, I will come here without hesitation!
