The doctor and office did everything I can think of to help to the maximum degree, without significant flaw.
You all get 5 STARS. I clicked on the stars but it doesn't show up. So I am telling you here so you know. Dr. Okhavat is a wonderful Dentist! The very best that I have ever gone to. Today I went to my appt. thinking I was going to have a crown re-done, but just as I had suspected, (it had been giving me trouble) the root was beyond repair and had to be pulled. Dr. Okhavat fixed it by giving me a temporary 5 tooth bridge which I am thrilled to have, since I already have a 4 tooth bridge made by him and it has been serving me ... read more
I visited the office for a cleaning and to start with, they were right on time. It seems so rare for this to happen at any preset appointment anymore that it was refreshing to have them be prompt. Mt hygienist was Michelle and most hygienist's in my past have not taken me at my word when I tell them my teeth are not sensitive. Consequently I believe I never get a thorough cleaning. Excellent staff, nice facility. Everyone made me feel comfortable right from the beginning. I have a very busy schedule and to be able to have a root canal and new crown done all in a couple of hours was perfect. The doctor was very very gentle. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.
On top of situation and immediately set up appointment/referral for additional consultation which led to a root canal. Outcome was relief of painful tooth ache. Should have gone sooner but was glad it was taken care of immediately. Thank you doc.
