Best dentist, dental staff and dental office ever! First of all, Dr. Okhovat's (Roseville Top Smiles) offices are VERY nice. You walk in and you immediately feel kind of special just being there. Seriously. Joanna is awesome. I am assuming she is the office manager. She is a genuinely caring person. She really does go above and beyond. Get this: there was a gift in a nice gift bag (wrapped with gift tissue paper!!) with a card waiting for me in the room! How cool is that? I don't have insurance.
