You could see that I was afraid of what you might find and I didn't want to subject myself to any "bone" invasion/repair at my old age when something attacks my bones, it would need to be life threatening, so I was ready to say "pull the tooth". The experience was just as good as it can get when you go to the DENTIST. Your assistant offered the back message, wonderful. When I told you the music was awful, I received head phones with soothing music. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.

I had an excellent experience. Your receptionist, Joanne is personable, prompt, authentic and, detailed. Your waiting room is clean and the video playing on the flat screen is informative. I felt comfortable in your waiting room. Your hygienist answered all my questions and introduced me to a less abrasive salt "blasting" method for polishing my teeth. I appreciate that. Dr. Okhovat is the third dentist I tried over four years and I'm sticking with him. His office staff is pleasant and the experience is personal. I've never been kept waiting and they are great about working around my dental benefits. The cleanings are thorough and performed by considerate and competant professionals, and even more important, Dr. Okhovat has been skillful and gentle for fillings and crowns.I definitely recommend this office.
Dr. Okhovat is an excellent dentist. Not only is he knowledgable and thorough, his "chairside" manner is awesome. The good doctor is personable and very friendly; putting me at ease immediately. His staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient, too. One time I couldn't have my teeth cleaned due to a last minute surgery he had before my appt., and he gave me two Starbucks cards for my trouble. All in all, a positive dental experience!
