Dr.Okhovat is personable and professional. Each time i have been into the office I have been seen promptly and the dental assistants are very friendly. My daughters first dental visit went smoothly and Dr. Okhovat took the time to show her a few of the instruments(including the water/air sprayer which was rather funny)that were used to clean her teeth after he saw her. The best experience ever at the dentist office. The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in. Very short time in the waiting room. I was very impressed with the technicians who worked on my teeth and the newly updated equipment they used. I have told many others about the particular dentist I went to and about your service. Dr. Okhovat, it was a pleasure and your new facility is beautiful. Your practice is state of the art and your hygienist and staff were a joy. I learned more from you about the state of my teeth and what to expect over time than I have ever been told from another dentist, too, which helps me plan and motivates me to take the best care of my mouth. After 5 years of paying for dental insurance and avoiding the dentist like the plague, I did my research and decided to visit Dr. Okhavat's office. Not only was I impressed with his knowledge and expertise in dentisty, but he was personable and spoke to me in a way that made me feel comfortable and not like an uneducated patient. I've hated my smile ever since my permanete teeth came in. I can remember as a child asking my mom when my adult teeth would come in and her saddened face as she would reply, "those are your permanent teeth honey."
