As a patient, I knew I found my place for help the moment the staff greeted me. The entire experience from check in to check out was A+ service and care. The NP took a very thorough history and was invested in listening to my concerns and making sure I was being heard. Dr. Chhatlani was absolutely fantastic. Very grateful for Dr. Chhatlani for seeing me when his partner who usually sees me was unable to. These doctors at the Paley institute in Fort Lauderdale have saved my quality of life. I’m young with young kids and horrible back issues. THEY GET IT. They understand the challenges and keep me pain free.

Impressed with their quick response on seeing me. Very professional and accommodating staff from front to back. Would recommend anytime.
Minimal waiting time. Well staffed. Entire staff from front desk to nurses to doctor are very friendly. They clearly communicated the procedure, how long it would take, and when I can expect to leave. I interacted with about 6 professionals there and never waited more than a few minutes. This felt like concierge medicine.
