Customer Service immediately welcomed us with a smile and reviewed file for all necessary documents. Waiting room was comfortable and immaculately clean. Within 10 minutes kind nursing assistant received us in similar manner. She explained procedure and took 3D X-ray. Dr Wheeler was prepared before our introduction and continued to explain the reasons and importance tooth removal techniques . . . very informative and asked for questions.
