My SUV was serviced but I experienced problems right out of the workshop. I called and they offered to take a second look. Turned out more needed to be done. They fixed the problem and kept in touch with me throughout. At no point was I made to feel a bother, Everyone I spoke with and everyone who called me was polite and appeared eager to be of service. This is 5 star service which other places should emulate. Well done!

The experience was excellent because they replaced a strap on the battery at no additional cost and provided me with a report explaining that if the battery was not secured properly, there was a risk of fire. So, in that regard, I am extremely grateful. Thank you very much!
