RecommendedGreat neighborhood, lots of amenities. Maintenance requests are taken care of almost immediately. The people are friendly and there are many activities for the community residents. I highly recommend Roxalana Hills to anyone who wants a safe, amenity-filled apartment community near Charleston with great staff and friendly neighbors. I have lived here for almost a year and have enjoyed the experience.

horrible place, say one thing to sucker ya in when the contract says different. I have to pay for their mistakes.

Don't waste your money. The power goes out five times a month for no reason at all, they park construction vehicles in front of your building for a week, if you live near the basketball court that's all you'll hear day and night. It's nothing special and it's pretty expensive.
