Service was AMAZING!!!! Food was not thoroughly cooked through but they took it ASAP and brought me a new thoroughly cooked meal. Ravioli appetizer was really good though.

We travel from California to Reno a few times a year. Its a nice little get away for the two of us. We always stay at the El Dorado and the last few times we have been there we have been making it a point to eat dinner at least once per visit at The Roxy. The food is always amazing. Fresh and cooked perfectly. Our service is always WONDERFUL.

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we received a glass of something for a toast...not sure what it was..if it was supposed to be champagne, there were no bubbles! My husband ordered a special lobster tail for over $100. It was big, but was flavorless and filled with grizzly bites! We were using comps from our casino play, but if we had ordered the lobster and paid for it, we would have been really disappointed! Service was excellent as always. Don’t forget to order one of their special souffles for dessert!

We celebrated our anniversary at Roxy and had an outstanding experience. Our waiter Erik was very attentive and the manager checked in on us several times. The food was excellent as was the ambiance. We will certainly be returning.
