Roxy is one of our "Go to Places," when seeing shows in downtown Reno. Food is consistently good to excellent. Service is far above average. Would highly recommend.
The food is always great. My only criticism is they have no vegan options on the menu. The server did say that the chef would prepare a plate of steamed veggies. My daughter decided to go with the only vegetarian option on the menu - mushroom truffle ravioli which was delicious!
Dinner was with friends before we all went to a show at the Silver Legacy. The food options on the menu were extensive enough without being overwhelming and everyone found something they wanted to try. Everyone in our group was extremely pleased with their food and the service, which has always been outstanding at Roxy. Definitely would recommend Roxy as a dining destination in Reno.
Food has lost its touch which is quite sad. Last time I came was much better

The restaurant was very busy, so service was a bit slow. I felt the options on the menu were pricy and limited compared to the past, but the food was delicious. I had a glass of wine at the Roxy Bar before dinner, and the bartender was not friendly and when I paid cash for my wine and did not pick up my change immediately, the bartender "assumed" the change ($6.00!! for a $14.00 glass of wine) was all for her and picked it up and put it in her tip jar so I had to ask for her to bring the change back so I could tip her proper... read more
We've been going to all Eldorado restaurants for years with great pleasure. We had a party of 7 celebrating various birthdays. We had delicious martinis, excellent Ferarri Carano wine and excellent service. The food however wasn't up to the Eldorado standards we've experienced in the past. Two of our party had salmon which was over cooked and one had prime rib that they described as not very good. The remainder had chicken, short ribs and filet mignon, all of which were perfect!
