Our reservation included a semi-private table request to celebrate a special event. This was ignored, and we were placed at a small table right in the middle of the restaurant. This location was also near the kitchen, which is the noisier area of the restaurant. The food was amazing as always, but the staff were not up to par for a restaurant of this caliber. Food and service were great. We could hear the live music from the bar.
My husband and I ordered several appetizers which were absolutely delicious. I had a cosmopolitan martini made to perfection.
Our waiter Clark was amazing and tentative, food was excellent, our steaks were cooked to perfection. The sommelier helped us choose a perfect wine and my Cosmopolitan was delicious, from the bread server to the wait staff what a wonderful experience. Well be back this is our favorite restaurant at the row.

Great experience! Loved the food! Got the Valentines Special which included dessert. We opted to have the Cafe’Diablo with our dessert it was amazing! Highly recommend it!
Eldorado Roxy steak house is one of favorites in Reno NV. We were not disappointed! Both my wife and I give it 5 stars. We were seated in a very nice quiet area with a view of the kitchen. Nice! We both ordered the early bird special: salad, 7 oz filet and 1 large baked potato to share. All were excellent and the filets were best of best! We ordered medium rare...that's what we got.
