RecommendedWe stayed at Sand Castle Dreams. The home is very pretty and spacious. The furniture is new and up to date decor. We enjoyed the Carillon Beach Community as well. The home did have its problems. The home can sleep 15 people yet the hot water tank can’t handle that many. We had to stagger showers to have hot water. The air conditioner on third floor would not cool. After reporting issue someone came out to repair but was unable to. We were given box fans to attempt to help. My family has been vacationing at Grayton Beach since I was a kid. It's our favorite place! This year we went the last week of May and we stayed at Sea Prize. It was a wonderful experience! The house was perfect for us! We walked into a beautiful place that was bright and very clean! We rented the property 110 Surfer Lane through Royal Destinations this past Spring Break--March 2020. The property was GORGEOUS! Decorations were top notch and it was beyond perfect. Very spacious, perfect location and had everyting we needed to make our stay perfect. We will definitely rent this property again! The Royal Destinations team was fantastic to work with. We really enjoyed our stay. We asked about some of the comments left by previous visitors and all of them were addresses upon our arrival. (New wine glasses, all bulbs worked, WiFi and tv’s were all running, and super clean) I would add cookie sheets and grater to kitchen list, otherwise, we had everything we needed to cook in several meals. The location was great for our family. We were able to easily walk to seaside and beach. Highly recommmend!

Five Stars! Sip n Sea at Seacrest Beach FL is beautifully decorated, spacious, and packed full of amenities! The grandsons said this house is their very favorite of all the houses where we’ve stayed on 30A! The 3rd floor suite is the perfect place for the kids to hang out and play their games.
