We rented the Buena Vista for spring break and had the time of our lives. It accommodated our large group of 6 families perfectly and no one felt over crowded. We held a dinner for graduating seniors and their families and the living space and pool area were so spacious, we had plenty of room. If we head to Santa Rosa Beach with a large group again we will definitely stay here!
We have stayed at 2 Royal Properties within the last year and I must say the homes are beautiful (Sea Biscuit and A Wave From It All) and the staff at Royal could not be nicer or more helpful.
