RecommendedThis has been our third year at Blue Pine and it did not disappoint. The house has become a centerpiece in our vacation to Santa Rosa Beach. We look forward to returning again in 2026

Recommended"Ashore Thing" is a “sure thing”. We love this property. We have been coming to the 30A area for 4 years and this was the best accommodations and experience we have had. As they say... "location, location, location" is the key. This well-maintained one-story home is right on the beach. It has a very spacious front yard with plenty of room of paved parking. RecommendedLillie’s Lighthouse was an absolutely amazing property - great location and very comfortable for our group of 12. Even better than the property was the customer service and support provided by the team at Royal Destinations (special shout out to Ashlee Brock who went above and beyond to make our visit happen). Our next trip to 30a will definitely be through Royal Destinations again!

RecommendedWe have rented from Royal Destinations several times and have never been disappointed with their customer service, follow up and attention detail. The homes have always been well stocked and we have enjoyed the upgraded linens and bath products. I feel as though they are selective with the properties they choose to manage to insure the best guest experience.

RecommendedBooked Waterhouse 203 through Royal Destinations. The unit was exactly as described and pictured. It was clean and welcoming and a perfect space for our large family. Slight issue with wi-fi upon arrival but they immediately responded and corrected the problem. Check-in was easy and the unit was cleaned and accessible before the promised check-in time and communicated promptly via text. Our family would most definitely book with Royal Destinations again.
